Retirement is very important and having a smart retirement plan that works for you and your financial goals is essential. The last thing you want is to follow the status quo and hope you have enough to retire on when you are ready.

Without a proper plan in place may result in having to live on a strict budget, or even having to return into the workforce because you have to.
